The Enterprise Centre is a new building for London’s South Bank University. Containing a range of flexible office space along with meeting rooms and other supporting facilities, the building is intended to house new companies, entrepreneurs and start-ups, often former LSBU students. The facility occupies a row of 17 listed Georgian terraced houses, the new structure also creates a gateway to the greater University Quarter. Completed at a cost of £8 million, the centre has won numerous awards including the RICS award for Regeneration.
