The new library represents a signifiacnt upgrade to Stratford’s library services, raising the profile of the University and revitalises the campus as a whole. The building features numerous new spaces, including a ground floor social hub and cafe. The new library creates stirage for 150,000 books. The library features a considered approach to the selection of materials and extremely well thought out detailing throughout, that are typical of Hopkins Architects’ output.
