Architectural photography of the ‘Laughing Matters: The State of a Nation’ exhibition.

The blog of Simon Kennedy, Architectural Photographer based in London.

London-based design team Aberrant Architecture created this exhibition for the Victoria and Albert Museum, which examines the importance of humour in the politics and identity of the UK during the last 200 years. The space is split into four sections, distinctively designed and coloured, that display costumes, props, film and photographs in wall-mounted cabinets. The design also features a telephone table, through which interviews with comedians can be heard.
