Refurbishment of and extension to a Victorian house in West London, that creates a connection between old and new, celebrating modern construction techniques that allow improved light and air, and linking to Victorian craftmanship.
The extension features a continuous concrete ribbon linking the exterior all through the house to the fireplace in the room at the front of the house, and a considered palate of materials, including oak and untreated larch slats.
