This is One Causeway by the Arup Group in Egham.
Creating a new entrance to the Causeway Business park, this Regency-inspired design features a vertical 1.5m module giving a vertical visual feel to the horizontal structure, and a curving main facade. Designed before the pandemic and delivered during it, the building places flexibility as its main design objective, enabling adaptability to the changing office requirements of the population.

The floorplate allows for 11,180sqm in five flexible storeys, each able to accommodate multiple tenants.
More importantly (obviously), the building looks incredible, with bronze coloured cladding dramatically reflecting the light and changing colour through the day.
