Completed by London-based architecture practices EPR Architects and RSHP Architects in collaboration, Merano Residences occupies a site opposite Tate Britain where a 1960’s office building previously stood. The design expresses its structure in steel and concrete and features a four storey public plaza, winning a RIBA National Award. Also completed by London-based architecture practices EPR Architects and RSHP Architects in collaboration, Riverlight consists of six towers of varying height and plan, and also features expressed structure in concrete and steel and coloured balconies. Riverlight also won a RIBA national award.
