This new rehearsal building was completed by London-based Reed Watts Architects, with the intention of allowing the theatre to bring all of its production facilities on to its site in Regents Park, London, for the first time. As well as a large, double-height rehearsal space, the design includes a green room, offices and kitchen facilities.

The structure is lightweight to avoid damaging tree roots on the site, and is made from cross-laminated timber. The cladding is of dark stained larch over which planting is encouraged to grow, increasing the magical feeling of the site.
