The blog of Simon Kennedy, Architectural Photographer based in London. My website is www.simonkennedy.net
2 day shoots, one early in the year, for Hopkins Architects. Henrietta Barnett School in Hampstead Garden Suburb, showing Hopkins usual impressive detailing and amazing craftsmanship.
The new buildings form wings to the existing school, principally by Edwin Lutyens – the overall effect is harmonious. Not easy to photograph due to the fact that the lanscape is not yet growing up and there is a huge tree in the centre of one of the courtyards.
Shot using my Toyo VX-125b, Rodenstock 135mm f5.6 Apo-Sironar-S, Rodenstock 210mm f5.6 Apo-Sironar-S, Schneider Super-Angulon 72mm f5.6 XL, on Fuji PRO 160 NS.
